Jan C. Lauer
Jan C. Lauer MA, AT, ATC, PTA, CSCS
Chief Executive Officer

Jan is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor Degree in Education in August 1985 and a Master of Art Degree in Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 1986. In 2013, she obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Kent State University-Ashtabula.

Jan’s extensive years of experience include working in many different areas including industrial, high school, and hospital/outpatient clinical settings. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist thru National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been the athletic trainer at Henry Ford College since 2009.
Ann L. Berry
Ann L. Berry CFO. MBA, AT, ATC, PTA
Chief Financial Officer

Ann is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine in December 1987. Her clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine and she has been a Certified Athletic Trainer through the Board of Certification since 1989. Ann is also the first licensed athletic trainer in Michigan. Ann serves as the lead consultant on healthcare policies and strategies to many healthcare providers, college and university athletic medicine departments for Earning Results, LLC. In 2013, she obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Kent State University-Ashtabula and her MBA from Baker College in 2016.

She is the past President of the Michigan Athletic Trainers Society and was the leader in obtaining licensure for athletic trainers in the state of Michigan in 2006 while serving as the chair of the Michigan Board of Athletic Trainers from 2007-2013.
Rick Orlandoni
Rick Orlandoni PT, OMPT
Rick is a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.S in Physiology. He later attended Wayne State University to obtain his B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1978. Rick initially worked in an acute care hospital facility in the outpatient department and has worked in various settings since. He obtained a certificate in orthopedic manual therapy from Oakland University and he has extensive experience with orthopedic and general injuries in a variety of outpatient facilities.
Mary E. Guyette
Mary E. Guyette PT, DPT, GCS, CEEAA
Mary is a 2006 graduate of Central Michigan University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and a 2012 graduate of University of Michigan – Flint with a post-graduate Certificate in Geriatric Physical Therapy. She holds board certification as a Geriatric Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and is a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults, also through the APTA. Mary has clinical experience in a variety of rehabilitation settings including acute care, skilled nursing, home health care, and out-patient. She remains an active member of the APTA and the Michigan Physical Therapy Association through attendance at and participation in annual conferences. Outside of work, Mary enjoys bicycling, traveling, and being outdoors.
